Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in Canada. At this time we do not ship internationally.  Check back soon for updates on international orders.

How long will my order take?

Orders in the GTA will be delivered the next day. For the rest of Ontario, delivery will be 2 to 3 days.

Orders outside the Province of Ontario and within Canada will take 3-7 days depending on where it is going.  Feel free to contact us for an exact delivery timeframe.

Is shipping Included?

We strive to keeps costs low, however, shipping is an additional cost and will be quoted before you finalize your order.

Since this is a gift, can I request a specific delivery date?

How can I track my order?

Once you place your order online, you will receive an order confirmation and real-time tracking of your package.

What is the size of each leolam gift box?

We currently have two boxes.

All gifts come in a 14 x 14 x 9 box

Our leolam sentiment candle comes in a 8 x 8 x 6 box

What is the Shipping Appearance?

Each gorgeous grey linen wrapped leolam gift box is carefully packed in a shipping box and will arrive as beautiful as the day we packed it. There will be no prices, packing slips or receipts included to the recipient.

Do the gift boxes come with a note?

Each Leolam box includes a sentiment card explaining each item that is placed in the gift box for the receiver, as well as a handwritten card with your message. You simply fill out the message box in checkout, we will handwrite your message on the ‘Thinking of you’ card and include it inside your gift box.

Can I write my own personal message?

If the gift is being shipped to you or picked up for in-person delivery, simply check the appropriate box at checkout and we’ll leave the Thinking of You message card blank in the shipping box.

Can I send a gift anonymously?

Absolutely, you can select this option at checkout.

What if the product is damaged when it arrives?

If for any reason your gift box is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and we will be happy to provide a replacement. We, just like you, want everything to be right.

What is your cancellation, return and refund policy?

All sales are final after the gift box is shipped. However, an order may be cancelled from the time it is placed up to when the package is shipped.

To inquire or request an order cancellation before shipment please contact us directly.

Regarding refunds, we want to make sure that you and your recipient are 100% satisfied. If any of the gifts in the gift box do not arrive safely or meet our high standards, please contact us within 72 hours at 647.405.0448 and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
